Should you need to make a claim call our hotline and follow our simple step-by-step claims management process:

1 Call us to log your claim as soon as you notice a fault or failure

2 Make sure to provide your last MOT & service documents, together with the details of the fault

3 Our claims team will locate a local garage to arrange a speedy diagnosis

4 Following diagnosis, we will provide feedback on the repair process claim decision

5 We will pay the workshop or the warranty plan holder directly, depending on who has incurred cost
