Warranty Assist's Managing Director John Highfield brings over 25-years' experience in automotive frontline sales, aftersales, financial services and re-marketing. With a keen understanding of the pressures facing dealership profitability, his focus is to help dealers sell their vehicles securely and profitably while delivering maximum customer service.

Warranty Assist Warranty Plans

Our plans are designed to cover common mechanical and electrical failures across the used car marketplace. Vehicles can be covered by the dealer or customer purchasing a warranty plan from our online system (subject to Ts&Cs).

As well as underwriting and administering our plans, we also manage each step of the repairs process. Through our established network of 10,000 nationwide workshop partners, we're able to streamline the repairs process, delivering fast decisions and clear communication.

Our warranty plans allow VAT registered dealers to reclaim the VAT relating to their warranty purchases, helping to manage costs in a simple, convenient way.
